• Posts, Announcements, Articles, Images, Videos, Society updates, Events, Promotional information, and Other community or cooperative-sector content .

Information that is intentionally published through Discover may be visible to other users or the public depending on the applicable publishing settings .

Users and societies should only publish information publicly when they are comfortable making that information available to other users or the public .

6.2 Society-Only Information

Certain information may be configured to be accessible only to members or authorized users associated with a particular cooperative society . Access may depend on user authentication, society membership, authorization, society configuration, and application access controls .

6.3 Private Information

Users may have the ability to configure eligible profile information as private . Private information is intended to have restricted visibility and will not be publicly displayed unless the user changes the applicable privacy setting or otherwise intentionally publishes the information .

Cooperative societies using CoopMRM may collect and manage information relating to their members, employees, representatives, products, services, and operations . Where a society provides information to CoopMRM and makes that information available through Coop Corn, the society may determine the content and applicable visibility settings for that information, subject to the functionality and controls provided by the platform . UACC provides the technology infrastructure and services through which such information may be managed and displayed . Users who have questions about information supplied by a particular cooperative society may also contact that society directly .

UACC does not sell users’ personal information as a commercial product . Information may be disclosed or made available in the following circumstances :

• To relevant cooperative societies and their authorized administrators where necessary to provide society-related functionality
• To the public when users or societies intentionally configure information as public
• To trusted service providers that help operate and support Coop Corn

Where information is maintained by a cooperative society through CoopMRM, users may need to contact the relevant cooperative society or authorized administrator to request correction or updating of that information . UACC may assist with such requests where appropriate and technically possible .

Coop Corn is not specifically designed as a child-directed application . Users should not create accounts or submit personal information on behalf of children unless they are legally authorized to do so . If UACC becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, UACC may take reasonable steps to delete the information .

Coop Corn does not require continuous background location tracking as a general requirement of the platform .
