CIDCOS (Construction & Infrastructure Labours Development Multi State Co-operative Society Ltd) is a progressive organization dedicated to the workers, technicians, and partners within India’s construction and infrastructure sector. Formed as a Multi-State Cooperative, it aims to unify the workforce by promoting cooperative ownership, skill enhancement, and social security. CIDCOS serves as a “Cooperative for Stronger Infrastructure,” moving beyond traditional labor management to create a sustainable ecosystem where laborers and technicians are empowered through membership, training, and long-term economic growth.

At the heart of the society’s expansion is the flagship CIDCOS Township Project, a ₹100 Crore initiative that exemplifies the power of collective action. Spanning across four acres, this development integrates 50 luxury villas with a 150-unit flat complex, designed to provide high-quality, sustainable living environments for member families. This project is not merely an architectural milestone but a social one, as it is expected to generate over 500 employment opportunities, directly stimulating the local economy and providing a stable livelihood for the construction workforce over its three-year development cycle.

Beyond physical infrastructure, CIDCOS is pioneering the “Build Next” movement, a strategic effort to modernize the technical capabilities of Indian laborers.
